Construction has been a part of Jason Graci, President of Royalty Homes life from early on. As a young child he would help his father, who is a Journeyman Carpenter, complete odd remodeling jobs around the house and neighborhood. As Jason grew into his teenage years he began to work on residential and commercial jobs with his father. He was fortunate to learn many skills such as framing, roofing and trim carpentry. After graduating high school Jason continued to expand his knowledge by working with an Electrical firm for three years and a General Contracting firm for an additional two years. During his tenure with both firms he would learn different aspects in electrical, masonry, concrete and drywall finishing, all which would prove to be beneficial throughout his career.
In 1999, Jason wanted to provide a better future for his family and decided to move to Raleigh, North Carolina. Jason began his career in Raleigh managing new home construction with a national home builder. During his tenure, Jason quickly made a name for himself by winning dozens of awards such as Team Player of the Year, Builder/ Market Manager of the Year, Builder of the Month, Builder of the Quarter and multiple Builder of the Year awards.
Over the next three years Jason would be promoted to hold additional positions within the organization which included Divisional Construction Manager and Regional Production Resource Manager. Both roles would allow Jason to learn many managerial aspects of the industry while mentoring those who reported to him.
In January of 2007, Jason once again took another step in achieving his career goals and started Royalty Homes, Inc. where he takes years of experience and knowledge and expresses them through the quality custom homes that he builds.
